Three Pharm has imposed itself on the Romanian medical devices and medical supplies market due to a well defined organizational chart, a wide know-how gained throughout international collaborations, a well established local business network, and the essential aim to establish mutual benefic collaborations for the three poles of interest: clients, employees and suppliers. Because of the vital implication of the activity field, the company only represents suppliers that promote quality products.

Three Pharm's most important asset is its human capital. Thus, continuous training and certifications are strongly encouraged and rewarded among employees, in order to achieve a "learning organization" standard. The organizational chart is developed as logical groupings of specific work roles that allow the company to be flexible and prepared for constant business development. The employees are structured in: Sales Force, Marketing, Distribution, Quality & Development, Finance and Accounting, Administration (Human Resources, IT & C , ISO, Auto Depot, Customer Service). The Sales Force is further more structured in 4 (four) different units in order to allow a better product specialization:

stapling, laparoscopy, women's health, sutures, meshes, biosurgery, etc.

Three Pharm Energy-based Devices Unit

electrosurgery, pulse oximetry, vascular compression, temperature management, ventilators, monitors, cerebral/somatic oximeters, etc.

sourcing and delivering a wide range of innovative and generic medicines, medical supplies & devices for EU trade.

Three Pharm's Timeline

1994 - Establishment of the company; first business partner: Davis & Geck, later purchased by Covidien;
1995 - New business partners: 3M, Aesculap AG, Sorin Group, Ackerman Instrumente Gmbh, Medistim ASA, WRP;
2005 - TÜV Certificate for Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2000
2006 - Inauguration of head office and medical warehouse in Târgu-Mureş;
2009 - Reorganization of the company into departments and units
2011 - URS/UKAS Certificate for Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008;
- Expand the wholesale authorization to a wide range of medicinal products

Financial Status

Three Pharm's figures illustrate a very healthy financial status, with a current T.O. of 2.000 kEUR in 2009, 100% private Romanian capital.

Covered Territory - Romania

Three Pharm's sales force, covers the whole Romania,with focusing on state-owned and private hospitals. The headquarter (with warehouse, training rooms, offices, auto depot, etc.) is located in a very strategic logistic position, in the center of the country.
